Saturday Pet Blogger Hop - A Day with Nitro at the Dog Park

Lexi, Nitro, Tallulah, Bailey, and I are excited to participate in this weeks Saturday Pet Blogger Hop. Special thanks goes out to our Pet Blog Hop hosts, Life With DogsTwo Little Cavaliers, and Confessions of the Plume! If you would like to read some entertaining pet blogger posts in the Saturday Pet Blogger Hop, just click on one of the host links above or click on the purple Pet Blogger Hop button on the right side of our homepage.

My deaf boxer dog Nitro loves the dog park. So much so, we go every single day so he can meet up with his buddies. He has many good dog friends he just adores at the dog park so I thought I would take this opportunity to show you how a deaf boxer enjoys his time at our local dog park. Enjoy our photos!
and Happy St. Patrick's Day! Christina, Lexi, Nitro, Tallulah and Bailey

A Day with Nitro at the Dog Park
We usually stop at Starbucks to grab a Venti Mocha on our way to the dog park so Nitro was waiting in the truck patiently while we fetched our coffee.

 Patiently waiting....

The trees have all bloomed a month early here in Virginia. All the trees are flowering and it is so beautiful! This tree was right outside the dog park fenced area.

 So pretty!

These two boxers are two of Nitro's best buddies. Their names are Loki and Ozzy. Add white Nitro to their group and now we have the Three Boxer Musketeers!

All the dogs were so happy to be out in the nice weather. It was a Puppypalooza at the dog park!

Such a stunning Dalmatian!

Time to PLAY!

This middle dog is 8 month old Mendelson. Nitro just loves to play with him because they have the exact same style of playing as you will see in the following photos.

Mendelson and Nitro usually will play until they both collapse.

Can you say "Dancing with The Stars"...

Nitro was "catching some air" in this shot!

If you don't think dogs are like children, think again. In this shot Nitro's daddy is making him take a "time out"  and look at Nitro's pouty little face!

Here is Mendelson looking at the black and tan dog as if he is saying "dude, can you help a brother out?"

Landshark!!!

 Ouch!

This is Diamond. Nitro loves to play with Diamond.

 Ruuuttt Roooowww...bad breath! Hahahahaha!

This pretty little young Border Collie came in at the end of our play day. She was so pretty!

Relaxing at home after a long play day at the dog park. What a handsome boy!

Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you! We always have so much fun at the dog park and to think I wan't going to take him because he is deaf. He loves the dog park and still watches me and obeys all commands (sometimes I give him the "leave it" command for certain dogs to stay away from). Thanks for stopping by!

  5. Love watching dogs socialize and play. Our boxers are the same way... play in the backyard until they collapse. Then I look outside and see them both napping on the hill in the sunshine until they are rested and ready for round two! LOL
