Fall Colors
The weather and Fall colors in Virginia this past week were just perfect so Nitro, Bud, Chris and I got out and about and took some fun Fall photos. Below are a few I took this past week for some of my other websites. Many of these photos are for our sister blogs Deaf Dogs Rock and Horse VA. I had so much fun taking these photos with my dogs that I just had to share them with all of you. I hope you enjoy them. The leaves are almost gone and we have a huge storm heading our way so as far as Fall goes, it is officially over here in Virginia. Stay safe this next week and Happy Halloween.

Bluebird Farm

The view from my front pasture here at Bluebird Farm.
This shot was taken in Salem, VA at Roanoke College by the soccer fields with a 36x zoom.

My deaf dogs Nitro and I hit the Roanoke Valley Greenway to take a nice long walk and get some fall photos. He is just so darn photogenic don't you think?

We ran across this really cool Caboose at Green Hill Park and what a wonderful back drop for a photo.
I got lucky when I ran across this cool bright red Caboose at Green Hill Park. I thought it made a really nice back drop for these photos of Nitro. Is it just me or is he the most handsome dog in the UNIVERSE?

Nitro. Bud and I taking a walk down our country road. We stopped and took pictures along the way. The colors were amazing!

These two are like "Click and Clack"...

Fall Horse Show
Nitro, Bud, Chris and I stopped by one of the local Fall Horse Shows to snap a few photos of some of the riders. It was a beautiful day!

My friend Laura on her pretty paint horse!

My husband Chris hanging out with our two deaf boxer boys. They are such good dogs! They love going out into the public and meeting people.

A few more photos from around our country road.

This was the end of our walk. Have a great weekend and thank you so much for "hopping by".

Saturday Pet Blogger Hop - Blame Photos Take 1

Lexi, Nitro, Tallulah, Bailey, Bud and I are excited to participate in this weeks Saturday Pet Blogger Hop. Special Thanks goes out to our Pet Blog Hop hosts, Life With DogsTwo Little Cavaliers, and Confessions of the Plume! If you would like to read some entertaining pet blogger posts in the Saturday Pet Blogger Hop, just click on one of the host links above or click on the badge to the right with the animals circling the Earth that reads The Saturday Pet Blogger Hop. Happy Hopping!

When I noticed how quiet it was at my house Thursday morning, I decided to go check on my dogs. I walked down the long hallway all the way to the back bedroom to see what my dogs might be up to. I knew they must be up to no good and I was right when I found them in a pile of freshly shredded Toilet Paper.

Since the hot trend right now on Facebook and Twitter is to send in shame photos of your dog with a sign hung around the dog's neck so instead of scolding my dogs and putting them outside, I decided to let them play with the Toilet Paper a little longer while I ran into my office and made some "blame" signs.

I grabbed my camera and some treats and this is our Take 1 of our "dog shame" photos or in this case our "Dog Blame" photos. I thought it would be fun to do a photo shoot for our sister blog Deaf Dogs Rock. I try to show new comers to our sister site that deaf dogs are just like any other dog except they can't hear. This is proof they are just as mischievous as my other dogs here on the farm. Don't they look guilty?

Have a great weekend and thanks for hopping by! ~ Christina, Lexi, Nitro, Tallulah, Bailey and Nitro
